Business Development Manager – Payment Processing Centre – Frankfurt

Looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Processing Center team and drive growth across card and digital payment services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive business growth and expand the company’s customer base.
• Generate and qualify leads (financial institutions and fintechs) through strategic outreach and relationship-building to support growth objectives.
• Client Relationship Management, build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Understand client needs and present tailored card payment solutions including Card issuing, ATM Acquiring, POS Acquiring, eCommerce service, and digital payment systems.
• Partnership Development, negotiate and close commercial agreements with banks, fintechs and service providers.

What we expect you to bring to the team

• Knowledge of payment industry regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, EMV, PSD2).
• Experience working with fintechs, Payment networks, Processing centers or Banks.
• Familiarity with APIs and technical integrations in payments processing.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the payments or financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of card payment ecosystems, card issuing, Digital wallets, POS and ecommerce acquiring, ATM Acquiring, and digital payment platforms.
