Position Summary

Business Development Representatives (BDRs) at HiBob are vital to our growth. Collaborating with marketing to execute campaigns, they build the top of our revenue funnel by prospecting and engaging with potential customers daily. You will see prospects progress through the customer journey and celebrate successes with our global team.

About You

We seek a coachable individual eager for professional growth in sales within a scaling organization. You should be self-dependent, organized, curious, creative, bold, and a natural rapport builder. No direct tech sales experience is necessary if you possess these qualities, drive, and a willingness to learn.

Job Requirements

Goals include launching a successful B2B tech sales career. Fluency in English and German, a desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, strong work ethic, integrity, relationship-building skills, enthusiasm, reliability, and organizational skills are essential.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop territory: prospect, identify, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new opportunities.
  • Perform outbound calls and other communication methods to engage prospects.
  • Identify decision-makers, assess buying readiness, and determine timelines.
  • Create account maps and strategies, ensuring well-researched opportunities.
  • Collaborate with account executives on approach strategies.
  • Manage data and metrics in Salesforce.
  • Provide marketing feedback for continuous improvement.
