Business Development Representative (d/f/m)

Overview

Business Development Representative (d/f/m) at ClearOps. This is a full-time on-site role located in Munich. The candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and largely responsible for the prospecting pipeline by convincing new leads to use ClearOps.

Responsibilities

  • Inside sales and lead generation
  • Communication, sales and business development
  • Develop from a prospecting expert to an experienced sales professional in one year and take responsibility for own deals in the sales pipeline—from qualified lead generation to closing
  • Responsibility for the prospecting pipeline and building relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory
  • Experience in the software industry or machine manufacturing industry is a plus
