Business Engineer - RFP Specialist

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Munich for a Business Engineer - RFP Specialist. The RFP Specialist will be responsible for preparing, managing, and submitting Request for Proposals (RFPs), conducting thorough business analysis, collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information, ensuring quality and accuracy of proposal content, and handling project management activities related to the RFP process. The candidate will also support sales initiatives and contribute to strategic planning and process improvement.

• Experience in Sales and understanding client requirements
• Proven Project Management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with asset servicing and financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• English language skills, additional languages would be beneficial
