Business & Product Manager (m/f/d)

Overview

Product Management: Shape the future of a business segment with market knowledge and strategic visions and start your career as part of the product management team here at motan!

Responsibilities

• Strategic development of our business segments (injection moulding, blow moulding, extrusion)
• Analysis and evaluation of market trends, competitors and technological developments
• Identify and analyse customer needs and changing requirements systematically
• Development of a portfolio strategy based on our brands motan and swift
• Designing a roadmap for product development (product gaps and product improvements)
• Close cooperation with sales, product development, marketing and service

Profile and Skills

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, plastics engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years' experience in the plastics processing, ideally in injection moulding, blow moulding or extrusion
• Expertise in market analysis, competitive analysis and business development
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking, conceptual strength and communication skills
• High level of personal initiative and willingness to engage in interdisciplinary teamwork
• Analytical thinking for deriving well-founded recommended actions
