Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and fluent in Chinese? We are looking for a dynamic Chinese-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Arnstadt, Germany, within the fast-paced automotive industry. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a linguistic background and an interest in quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our Chinese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality standards.
  • Support quality control processes, ensuring that customer service procedures align with our commitment to excellence.
  • Assist with operational tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the service department.

Daily Tasks

  • Engage in standard customer service activities, including communication with clients and receiving requests via different channels.
  • Forward customer requests to the relevant operational departments and ensure that these requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Monitor the fulfillment of customer requests and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Create and manage special reports, providing insights into service performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Address discrepancies, process changes, or customer complaints, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Leverage any background in operations or quality assurance to enhance the overall customer service experience and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Fluent English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes or previous experience in customer service would be great but it´s not necessary
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
