Commercial Systems Analyst

Huhtamaki's Flexible packaging segment are currently looking for a driven Commercial Systems Analyst to join our commercial department. The successful applicant will play a key role in elevating our CRM capabilities, with the aim of taking Salesforce to the next level.

Your Opportunity

Reporting into the Head of Sales, Global Projects, you will strengthen data quality, deepen user adoption, and support the design of advanced Salesforce functionalities that improve commercial effectiveness.

You will also contribute to Voice of the Customer, sales capabilities, and forecasting by using your strong analytical skills and advanced Excel expertise to generate insights that drive better business decisions.

Where you'll be

This role can be based from our HQ in Espoo, Finland or from our Ronsberg site in Germany, working 4 days per week from the office.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Data & Tools – Systems, Insights & Enablement
• Drive advanced Salesforce design and adoption, including automation, improved workflows, dashboards, and pipeline management.
• Strengthen data quality, data structure, and reporting standards to enable reliable insights.
• Train, coach, and support sales teams to improve Salesforce adoption, data accuracy, and daily use of digital commercial tools.
• Voice of Customer – Customer Insights & Actions
• Prepare and validate customer data in Salesforce.
• Manage survey invitations and data processes.
• Analyze results and support follow‑up on actionable insights.
• Commercial Process Excellence – Governance & Consistency
• Support the development and improvement of key commercial processes (e.g., opportunity management, pipeline quality, forecasting discipline).
• Ensure consistent use of Salesforce processes and standards across markets and teams.
• Generate insights to identify gaps in sales execution and propose improvement actions.

What You Bring To The Role

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Finance, Business Administration).
• Commercial analyst experience gained in a similar, complex business environment.
• Very strong IT literacy (MS Office, especially Excel, with a digital mindset).
• Strong team player with a positive, energetic and proactive approach to tasks as well as ability to work independently and accurately.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate with various stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English.
