Falcon Green have partnered with one the UK and Ireland’s most reputable principal contractors, in their search for a Contracts Manager for their data centre division. They have recently picked up a strong pipeline across Germany, and now require a number one to deliver, reporting direct to Board level.

This client is one of the best known contractors across various sectors in the industry and continue to be a market leader in all. They are renowned for their training and retention of staff, are highly regarded for their culture of promoting from within and employee engagement is at the forefront of everything they do.

The client is very much open on background, whether it be CSA, M&E or just general contracting, the most important quality is your ability to lead and deliver projects safely, on time and in budget.

Contracts Manager Requirements:

1. Previous experience working in a Contracts Manager role is beneficial, however, candidates looking to take a step up into the role from a Project Manager position are welcome.
2. Experience managing complex mission critical schemes is essential.
3. Having strong operational management is key for this role but knowledge of bidding and preconstruction activities is also a benefit.
4. Proven track record of delivering projects safely and in budget.
5. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and drive site teams essential.
6. Career ambitious and take pride in your work.
