The Country Claims Manager, Germany and Head of Crisis Management Claims is responsible for building the end‑to‑end management, oversight, and compliant handling of insurance claims across all lines in Germany for MRS‑GM, including Product Recall, Kidnap & Ransom, Aviation, Space, and others as the portfolio grows. This role will partner with Underwriting to support the Company Market growth and presence in Germany. The Country Claims Manager, Germany will play a critical role in the design and build of the process, systems and tools implementation to deliver end‑to‑end Claims capabilities with operational resilience to support the portfolio. This role will also ensure that all claims are managed in full compliance with all regulations applying to Germany and any other regulations stemming from its legal set‑up in Europe. They will be responsible to drive a proactive, strategic approach to claims to deliver technical excellence, contribute to an energetic and collaborative work environment, and deliver a best‑in‑class claims service for our clients and partners.
