Our client is a major player in the field of Industrial equipment. For its Luxembourg based Headquarter, they’re currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller - industrial company (m/f)

Mission

Responsibilities

• Creation and analyse of financial situation of products, customers, suppliers for management, sales, etc

• Review standard costs with actual costs

• Manage coherent data in the dedicated system

• Review of daily profit

• Forecast and related reports

• Consumption calculation for paper, stocks,…

• Stock variations

• Prepare all group report

• Review all AC reports

• Manage intranet file upload

• Monthly stock take

• Stock reconciliation in accounting

• Investigate discrepancies

• Collaboration with internal, external audit

• Statec enquiries

• Prepare basic financial statements and notes

• Ensure compliance with local regulations

• Follow-up of investments grants from local ministry and EU

• Review internal audit procedure with actual practice

• Compare with the management rules and best practice

• Ad-hoc requests

Profile

Profile

• Degree educated

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role

• Good spoken and written English – French would be a plus

• PC literate

• Motivated, self-sufficient and well organized
