Role Overview

We are looking for Croatian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join an international Booking project in Athens. The role focuses on providing high-quality customer support while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

After an initial on-site period of 9 weeks , remote work may be considered depending on individual performance and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Croatian and English
  • Assist customers with booking-related inquiries and service requests
  • Handle questions, updates, and general support through approved channels
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and service guidelines
  • Deliver a professional and customer-oriented experience

Requirements

  • Fluent Croatian – written and spoken
  • Good command of English for internal communication
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Sunday, shifts between 08:00 and 19:00
  • 40 hours per week (8 hours per day / 5 days per week)
  • Rotating schedule

Salary & Compensation

  • Attractive salary
  • 14 salaries per year:
    • 12 monthly salaries
    • 1 salary at Easter
    • 1 salary split between Summer and Christmas

Relocation Information

  • Candidates must be in Athens at least 7 days before the start date to complete hiring documentation

  • Up to €300 gross relocation support (paid with the first salary)
  • Legal support with hiring documentation
