Role Overview

We are looking for Croatian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join an international Booking project in Athens. The role focuses on providing high-quality customer support while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

After an initial on-site period of 9 weeks , remote work may be considered depending on individual performance and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Croatian and English

Assist customers with booking-related inquiries and service requests

Handle questions, updates, and general support through approved channels

Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions

Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and service guidelines

Deliver a professional and customer-oriented experience

Requirements

Fluent Croatian – written and spoken

Good command of English for internal communication

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail

Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems

Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Work Schedule

Monday to Sunday , shifts between 08:00 and 19:00

Salary & Compensation

14 salaries per year :

12 monthly salaries

1 salary at Easter

1 salary split between Summer and Christmas

Performance bonus (based on project criteria)

25 days of annual leave

Meal voucher: €50 per month (all projects)

Relocation Information

Candidates must be in Athens at least 7 days before the start date to complete hiring documentation

3 weeks of hotel accommodation close to the office provided

Up to €300 gross relocation support (paid with the first salary)
