This full-time permanent position is based at our logistics center in Ludwigslust.
As a Customer Service & Support Specialist, you will become part of our modern logistics site, whose mission is to ensure smooth services and efficient processes that lead to the success and satisfaction of our logistics customers. In this role, you will make an active contribution across various areas of responsibility – from managing and monitoring support tickets to handling a wide range of customer inquiries and finding effective solutions. You will join a dynamic environment that encourages innovation and continuous development.
Fenix Outdoor Logistics GmbH is the central logistics service provider for Fenix Outdoor International AG. From our modern logistics center in Ludwigslust, we supply all Globetrotter stores and e-commerce customers with goods on a daily basis, and we handle global B2B and B2C shipments for the group’s brands. As a dynamic team, we continuously drive the development and automation of our site forward.
