D365 F&O Technical Solution Architect

This job operates on a hybrid model, requiring you to be based and work from within Bulgaria.

YOUR MISSION

• Define and own the technical architecture for Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, ensuring performance , scalability , and security
• Lead technical design , integrations , and infrastructure setup from development to production
• Oversee data migration strategy , tooling , and execution for seamless delivery
• Guide technical teams , ensuring code quality , release stability , and applying modern DevOps practices
• Collaborate with business and solution architects to align technology with client needs
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies and promote best practices across teams

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven experience leading Dynamics 365 F&O or CRM technical implementations
• Expertise in application architecture , integration , and Azure cloud technologies
• Strong knowledge of migration tools , DevOps , and infrastructure sizing
• Ability to lead , mentor , and inspire technical teams
• Excellent communication , analytical , and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred; Power Platform and PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus
• Fluent English ; other European languages are an advantage
