Data Lead – Customer Excellence & Commercial Data Platforms (Pharma)
We are looking for an experiencedData Lead for Customer Excellenceto drive and expand Fusion’s capabilities acrosscommercial data platforms, customer master data, and CRM ecosystemsin the life sciences industry.
In this role, you will leadcustomer data and commercial platform initiatives, including solutions such asVeeva CRM, Veeva Network, and similar customer data management platforms, while guiding a global team of Fusion consultants delivering transformation programs.
You will work closely withcommercial, data, and IT stakeholdersto design scalable and compliant customer data solutions that enable better engagement with healthcare professionals and organizations across global markets.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead and develop Fusion’sCustomer Excellence data practice
- Define and evolve service offerings coveringcommercial data platforms, CRM ecosystems, and customer master data
- Build and mentor aglobal team of data and CRM consultants
Client Delivery
- Leadcustomer data and CRM transformation programsacross global life sciences organizations
- Support initiatives involvingVeeva CRM, Veeva Network, customer master data management, and related commercial platforms
- Ensure solutions align withdata governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Definetarget operating models for customer data and commercial platforms
- Design scalabledata governance frameworks and master data lifecycle processes
- Aligncommercial business needs with technology platforms and data architecture
- Manage and coordinateglobal project teams across multiple client engagements
- Supportcapability development and recruitmentwithin the Customer Excellence practice
- Coach consultants and promotebest practices across delivery teams
Business Development
- Contribute toclient proposals, solution design, and strategic pitches
- Identify opportunities to expandcommercial data and customer excellence programs
- Support the growth of Fusion’sData & Commercial Platforms portfolio

Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experiencein data transformation, CRM, or master data management in life sciences
- Strong experience withcommercial platforms such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Network, or similar systems
- Solid understanding ofcustomer master data (HCP/HCO), commercial data ecosystems, and affiliate integrations
- Experience definingdata governance and master data operating models
- Proven experienceleading client engagements and global delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills acrossbusiness, IT, and data organizations
- Experience working inregulated environments such as pharma, biotech, or animal health
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
