The Role

As a Digital Operations Manager for the DACH market, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of 60–80 customers. Your responsibility will be to ensure seamless integration of AutoUncle’s solutions into client systems, while maintaining smooth operations through proactive monitoring, regular health checks, and direct technical support.

This role requires experience with technical integrations, a structured problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Onboarding & Integration
  • Support the integration of AutoUncle widgets and lead solutions on customer websites
  • Coordinate with clients and CRM providers to ensure leads are correctly imported and tracked
  • Configure and troubleshoot integrations (HTML/CSS)

Quality Assurance & Analytics
  • Verify that customer inventory is accurately reflected on AutoUncle
  • Investigate discrepancies or data issues using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Track implementation success and proactively identify issues

Technical Support
  • Apply HTML/CSS to adjust widget placements and resolve styling issues
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to escalate complex bugs

About You

You might be a great fit if you:
  • Have 2+ years of experience in technical integrations, digital operations, or a similar role
  • Bring a structured mindset and attention to detail
  • Enjoy solving problems at the intersection of technology, data, and customer collaboration
  • Communicate confidently with both technical stakeholders (developers, CRM providers) and non-technical users (sales teams, managers)
  • Speak German at a native level and have good English skills (written and spoken)

Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Experience in the automotive industry or a web agency
  • Knowledge of Italian (a plus)

Salary: €55,000–€60,000 gross per year, depending on experience
