Digital Transformation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Manager to lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions within a mid-sized insurance company based in Düsseldorf. This strategic role will focus on integrating AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a digital transformation road‑map centered around AI adoption.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, underwriting, claims, customer service) to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee the integration of AI platforms and tools.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards specific to the insurance sector.
Monitor project milestones, budgets, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and facilitate change management initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital transformation within insurance or financial services.
Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics).
Experience managing cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the DACH region.
Fluent in English; German proficiency is a strong advantage.
