A&M’s PEPI practice in Munich is looking to hire a Director (m/f/d) with a strong track record in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD). This senior‑level role requires extensive experience in managing CDD projects, with a blend of commercial skills, an entrepreneurial approach, and a strong network.

As part of A&M's integrated team, the Director (m/f/d) will collaborate with colleagues from Corporate Transformation, and Transaction Advisory & Valuations practices, leveraging a broad range of resources and expertise across sectors and geographies.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Commercial Due Diligence projects, ensuring superior results and client satisfaction. Develop insights and innovative solutions for complex client challenges. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding A&M’s profile in the CDD market. Contribute to the development of service methodologies and thought leadership within the firm. Build and foster strong client relationships. Support recruitment, team development, and motivation, contributing to a collaborative and high‑performance culture.

Skills and Experience Extensive experience leading Commercial Due Diligence projects and growth strategy engagements. Proven ability to manage teams and deliver high‑quality results, particularly within the Private Equity environment. Strong commercial acumen and problem‑solving skills. Solid professional network and reputation for delivering value and innovation.

Interpersonal Qualities Hands‑on, non‑hierarchical leadership style that fosters trust and collaboration across all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and effectively. Objective, fact‑based approach to problem‑solving. Strong values and integrity, leading by example and inspiring confidence in colleagues and clients. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
