Project Details

• Cell culture and molecular biology experiments
• Microscopy-based imaging and quantitative image analysis
• Flow cytometry and fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) of lung‑resident cells
• Ex vivo lung fibrosis models, such as organoids and other 3D tissue culture systems
• In vivo lung fibrosis models, including experimental execution and sample preparation

Candidate Profile

• Completed BTA/MTA training or a B.Sc. (or equivalent) in life sciences
• Practical experience with FACS, microscopy, and ex vivo models is advantageous
• Highly structured and reliable working style with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Keen interest in translational research, experimental disease models, and clinically relevant scientific inquiries
• Fluency in English; German language skills are considered an asset
