Event Management Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Leading and participating in numerous exciting projects
• Cost estimation and preparation of offers
• Close customer contact before, during, and after the project phase
• Creating timetables, booking freelancers
• Close collaboration and coordination with internal departments and external service providers

• Completed education or degree in event technology or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the field of trade fair construction or event technology
• Career changers and newcomers are welcome
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Team spirit and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English skills

Projects & clients:

• Our projects range from small to large, each one being unique and individual.
• We work for exhibition stand builders in need of rigging constructions, exhibitors (such as Caravan Salon), festival organizers (like Jeck im Sunneshing in Cologne and Bonn, Kunstrasen in Bonn, Seaside Beach in Essen, Gamescom), and occasionally for government bodies as well as event agencies.
