For our client, a renowned securities institution based in Frankfurt, we are currently looking for a Specialist - Outsourcing Management & Regulatory Compliance (gn) to strengthen the team.

Purpose of job

The role monitors compliance with all applicable regulatory and internal outsourcing requirements, working in close coordination with the relevant business units to ensure consistent and timely implementation. It provides active support to the Central Outsourcing Officer in the assessment, interpretation, and execution of regulatory obligations.

The role also will confidently support internal and external audits and prepare reports for supervisory authorities (e.g. BaFin, CSSF) as well as for the management and supervisory board.

Tasks

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and internal requirements within outsourcing management, working closely with the respective business units.
  • Support the Central Outsourcing Officer in the assessment, interpretation, and implementation of regulatory obligations.
  • Maintain regular and structured collaboration with key control and support functions, including Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Data Protection, Information Security (CISO) , and Business Continuity Management .
  • Accompany internal and external audits and prepare high-quality reports and documentation for supervisory authorities (e.g. BaFin, CSSF), as well as for Executive Management and the Supervisory Board .
  • Critically review existing standards and continuously enhance processes, ensuring the consistent implementation of strategies, policies, and guidelines .
  • Leverage modern automation tools to improve efficiency and actively contribute to the further development of internal systems and knowledge bases.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, which forms the basis of your professional expertise
  • Experience in the management of outsourcing- and third-party-governance
  • Confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as part of your everyday work
  • Clear, persuasive communication skills and your ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
  • Interested in digital solutions and enjoy actively helping to shape innovative tools
  • Goal-oriented work, continuous development and the desire to take on more responsibility in the medium term are a matter of course for you
  • You complement your structured and independent way of working with cross-departmental support, especially in the CFO area
  • Ideally, you already have some experience with Formalize and/or Dun & Bradstreet
