About the role

We are currently hiring an Export Specialist to support international shipping operations. In this role, you will ensure smooth export processes, handle documentation, and coordinate shipments with internal teams and logistics partners.

As an Export Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for...

• Coordinating and managing international export shipments (air & sea freight)
• Preparing and handling export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, customs documents)
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and export control requirements
• Communicating with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal departments
• Monitoring shipments and ensuring timely delivery
• Supporting booking, planning, and tracking of shipments
• Handling operational issues and ensuring smooth logistics processes

What you already have...

• Initial to 3+ years of experience in export/logistics/forwarding
• Basic understanding of customs procedures and export documentation
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Confident with MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Nice to Have: Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Background in freight forwarding or logistics companies
