Field Support Engineer - Dispatch/Freelance

The field engineer will be responsible for the following activities:

• Install Windows 11 – Version 24H2 (latest patches) on 11 laptops .
• Patch Validation & OS Installation
• Validate Windows 11 24H2 latest patch on 5 laptops .
• If patching is not feasible or issues occur, perform full OS installation .
• Configure BIOS settings as per IT standards.
• Set and document BIOS passwords .
• Coordinate with the Virtusa IT Team for:
• Laptop configuration
• Final validation and handover
• Total systems to be supported for domain join and configuration: 15 laptops
