AsITBusiness Controller,you’lltakea central rolein ourFinancial Planning & Cost Controlling cluster, whereyou’lltake the lead in structuring and providing insights into our IT investments and IT costs. After youcreatedthat structure and those insights, you implement a capital allocation process for our organization to ensure we investinthe right areas and get the highest returns out of our investment budget.

You do this by beinga trusted partner to our CIO and IT leadership team(especially our Executive Director Product Development), bringingsharp financial insights with strategic impactand byensuring that our IT spend fuelsbusinessgrowthin line with our strategy.

This role is part of ourFinancial Planning & Cost Controlling cluster, giving you a central position in shaping both IT investments and broader cost transparency across the company.

• As IT Business Controller, you’ll take a central role in our Financial Planning & Cost Controlling cluster, where you’ll lead in structuring and providing insights into our IT investments and IT costs.
• After you created that structure and those insights, you implement a capital allocation process for our organization to ensure we invest in the right areas and get the highest returns out of our investment budget.
• You do this by being a trusted partner to our CIO and IT leadership team (especially our Executive Director Product Development), bringing sharp financial insights with strategic impact and by ensuring that our IT spend fuels business growth in line with our strategy.
• This role is part of our Financial Planning & Cost Controlling cluster, giving you a central position in shaping both IT investments and broader cost transparency across the company.

Responsibilities and Focus

• Structure IT investments and IT costs and provide insights to inform decision-making.
• Develop and implement a capital allocation process aligned with strategic objectives.
• Serve as a trusted partner to CIO and IT leadership, translating financial data into strategic guidance.
