A client in the consumer products industry is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the team for an interim period of 3-6 months. You will deliver monthly financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting, as well as provide ad-hoc insights to support commercial and operational decisions. The role reports to the EMEA Commercial Finance Director and aims to enhance performance through clear, actionable financial recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support commercial and operational decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to present clear, actionable financial recommendations
• Synthesise complex data into concise reports for senior leadership
• Operate independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• 3–4 years’ experience in a finance analytics role
• Consulting background with experience presenting findings and recommendations
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluency in written and spoken German & English
