Finance Manager International Program.

The client is seeking a Finance Manager for International Programs in West and Central Africa. The role involves accurate and timely accounting for program countries, providing guidance on financial management standards, and contributing to the improvement of financial processes and tools. The position also includes quality assurance of project budgets, analysis of project audits, and preparation of financial reports for donors, with occasional field visits for program assessments.

The ideal candidate will have completed commercial training in business administration with additional qualifications in finance and accounting. Several years of accounting experience, preferably in an NGO setting, are required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Abacus and Banana accounting software, Microsoft 365, and Excel, are essential. Fluency in French, English, and German is necessary for this role.
