Founders Associate - COO Office (all genders)

As a Founders Associate in the COO Office, you’ll work hands‑on across operations, processes, and cross‑functional initiatives to turn strategic priorities into action.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Assist the COO with high‑impact operational projects and strategic initiatives

• Optimize and scale internal processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and company‑wide execution

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Go‑to‑Market, and Customer Success teams to align operations with business objectives

• Take ownership of projects end‑to‑end, ensuring they move from planning to measurable outcomes

Your Profile
