FP&A Senior Manager

The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for EMEA & APAC will lead financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision support across two key global regions. This role partners closely with regional leadership, commercial teams, operations, and corporate finance to drive financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and strategic finance capabilities with strong communication skills and experience working across diverse international markets. They build trusted relationships, collaborate effectively at all levels, and use data-driven insights to optimize processes and enhance financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with cross functional teams from EMEA & APAC Region plants.
  • Provide experienced and effective Finance leadership cross functionally to support business needs.
  • Lead the financial package preparation and consolidation, operational P&L approach, and work with the Finance Controllers to ensure consistency across sites and prepare final consolidated presentation for the Region.
  • Act as a bridge between Corporate and regional teams, ensuring alignment on financial targets and priorities.
  • Develop tools to monitor sites’ dynamics and performance as per Budget/Forecast commitments.
  • Consolidate and follow up with the sites for Regional Financial deliverables: daily/weekly/monthly.
  • Build and lead Region plants variance analysis to key benchmarks (budget, forecast, prior year, etc.) and clearly highlight main root causes and problem‑solving approach to hold performance objectives.
  • Partner with local teams to support capital investments, inventory management, and other needs.
  • Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, profitability and other related areas.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis/special projects to assist team in understanding business performance & offer solutions to improve it.
  • Drive consistency and continuous improvements in processes, and financial tools across the business.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements within the regions.
  • Partner with local accounting, audit, and compliance teams to maintain accurate and consistent financial reporting.
  • Ability to influence decisions without formal authority.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
  • 7+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, along with leadership in financial/accounting functions, including cost, in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Excel modeling and reporting using high volumes of data; Power BI a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems. Experience with Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, and OneStream a plus.
  • English knowledge. Advanced level.
