Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues effectively and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
Experience in customer service, especially within the digital payments or financial services sector, is highly desirable.
