German-speaking Customer Support Specialist

As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients. You will be part of a dynamic team that supports a video streaming platform, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in German. Your B2 English level will also be beneficial in communicating with international colleagues and clients.

In addition to your linguistic skills, you will need to have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Experience in a similar role is not required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company is essential.

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week. The schedule will include rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Candidates finishing shifts at midnight will have a shuttle available home.

The salary for this role is up to $15,260 per year, with a possible signing bonus of $2,000. A relocation package is also available for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal, including bureaucratic support to obtain necessary documents and assistance in finding housing according to their needs.
