Global Brand Manager

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and execute global brand strategies
• Build strong, distinctive brand identities for our food brands
• Ensure consistent brand presence across all markets

Go-to-Market & Expansion

• Plan and execute international market launches
• Develop scalable launch frameworks for new brands
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights

Creator & Influencer Collaboration

• Work closely with creators, influencers, and talent partners
• Develop brand stories and campaigns together with partners
• Manage co-branding and licensing initiatives

Performance & Growth

• Own and manage brand KPIs
• Optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Collaborate with data and growth teams to scale performance

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in brand management, ideally in FMCG, food, or startup environments
• Proven track record in building international brands
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and the creator economy
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
