Global Social Media Specialist

We are currently looking for a Global Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team in Germany. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, video content, and digital trends, and who wants to make a real impact by shaping global communication for a health-focused brand.

• Develop, plan, and execute global social media content strategies
• Create high-quality video content, including short-form formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Produce AI-based content: AI-generated videos, visuals, and creative formats
• Handle video editing, post-production, animations, and text overlays
• Create visual content aligned with brand identity and guidelines
• Monitor and analyze social media KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, performance)
• Optimize content based on data, insights, and analytics
• Track trends and implement new formats, tools, and platforms
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and other internal teams
• 3–6 years of experience as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator
• Strong expertise in video production and editing
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation
• Strong sense of design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven optimization
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Creativity combined with strategic and performance-oriented thinking
• Excellent German and good English skills
