Your duties

Shaping and continuous development of the cplace brand image and corporate design.
Creative consulting and support for target group-oriented, cross-media marketing campaigns.
Creation and successful implementation of layout and creative concepts.
Creation of visual content in the form of photos, graphics and illustrations for digital and print (e.g. website, blog, newsletter, social media, advertisements, flyers).
Conceptualization and design of branding materials for events, including the creation of print assets and final artwork preparation.
Project support from internal coordination and briefing to the management of external service providers.
Creation of templates for relevant PowerPoint presentations for sales, management and investor relations.
Development of storyboards and production of animations and short videos for social media and other digital platforms.
Development and implementation of strategies for using AI tools to optimize design processes and creative workflows.

Your profile

University degree or vocational training in design, graphics, media design or similar with at least 3–5 years of professional experience.
Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and good knowledge of MS Office.
Creativity, passion, flair for trends, design and typography.
Extensive experience in implementing digital projects, including knowledge of WordPress/HTML and video editing.
Strong sense for motion design and hands-on experience with After Effects.
Advanced knowledge in AI and/or web design is a plus.
High quality awareness, thorough, reliable and independent way of working.
Desire to work in an international, highly motivated team with flat hierarchies.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
