Who are we?

The Holiday Inn Hamburg - Berliner Tor is the ideal starting point for excursions to the iconic harbour city. The U- and S-Bahn station "Berliner Tor" is within walking distance of about 600 meters from the hotel. We offer our guests free WiFi in addition to our "Children stay and eat for free policy". Furthermore, the hotel has 77 underground parking spaces, 5 meeting rooms for up to 112 people and an open lobby.

What does your everyday look like?

Ensure the smooth operation of the front office in accordance with Hilton Worldwide standards as well as house standards. 
This includes:

• Greeting and checking in guests as well as assisting with group travel arrangements.
• Check-out departing guests using the hotel's proprietary system
• Serve as a key contact person for guests and respond efficiently to inquiries and complaints
• Be constantly informed of all hotel products, services, rates and special promotions, as well as current VIPs and special events
• Maximize revenue through upselling and marketing programs
• General telephone duties as well as taking reservations
• Professional demeanor, especially with regard to hospitality and guest services
• and adherence to Hilton standards
• Responsible handling of incoming payments
