Head of Testing (m/f/d)

Your role As Head of Testing, you will have overall responsibility for quality assurance for our Microsoft Teams governance products. You will establish a scalable testing strategy with a strong focus on test automation, regression testing, and release security, and continuously develop our testing, both strategically and operationally. Your tasks with us Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of the testing strategy for our governance products in Microsoft Teams Responsibility for automated testing, regression testing, end-to-end testing, and manual testing Establishment and further development of a stable test automation landscape. Definition and monitoring of quality standards, KPIs, and release gates. Technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of the test team. Close collaboration with development, product management, and DevOps. Ensuring product quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle

What you bring to the table

• Several years of experience in software testing/quality assurance, ideally in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of:
• Test automation
• Regression testing
• End-to-end testing
• Test management and test processes
• Experience with SaaS products, ideally in the Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Teams environment
• Very good technical understanding (web technologies, APIs, cloud, Azure if applicable)
• Experience with agile development models (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Structured, quality-oriented, and pragmatic approach to work
• Very good German and English skills
