HOME Sales Coordinator – La Marzocco (La Marzocco Deutshland branch office, Nordrhein Westfalen, NRW)

Overview

An exciting opportunity to join an energetic team and support home sales operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities from supporting existing customers to contributing to internal process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support existing customers
• Acquisition of new customers
• Consultancy for B2C customers
• Arrange and prepare appointments with customers
• Coordinate and support sales activities
• Support the sales targets
• Present new products
• Attend trade fairs and events
• Collaborate at events
• Provide product training for customers
• Supervise showroom activities
• Maintain customer data
• Continuously develop and optimise internal processes in coordination with the Home Sales Manager
• Process orders
• Create reports and analyses
• Report to management

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in a business or marketing‑related field
• Previous experience in sales
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel
• Driving licence
• Strong communication skills
• Organisational talent
• Analytical skills
• Fluent in German; very good written and spoken English
• Experience with MS Office programmes
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce
