Job Summary

The focus of the role is the management and independent control of cross‑location HR projects.

Contract Terms

Full‑time, limited for 1 year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Management and independent management of cross‑location HR projects with a focus on organizational development, process optimization and change management.
• Active participation in shaping and implementing strategic HR initiatives in close coordination with management and global HR functions.
• Design, implementation and continuous development of HR processes and standards in the production environment.
• Constructive and solution‑oriented cooperation with employee representatives in the context of change and implementation projects.
• Drafting, negotiating and implementing works agreements in close cooperation with employee representatives.
• Advising executives and employees of a small support area on human resources and employment law issues.
• Advice and support in the implementation of individual personnel measures.
• Support in the recruitment process for specialists and managers.

Education

Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on human resources, business psychology, business administration or a comparable qualification.

Work Experience

• Several years of experience in the HR environment with initial responsibility for HR projects, transformation initiatives or strategic HR topics.
• Experience in an international manufacturing company desirable.
• First experience in managing cross‑departmental project work.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Very good knowledge of project management (classic and/or agile).
• Confident handling of MS Office, SAP and SuccessFactors desirable.
• Sound knowledge of employment law to support project‑related measures.
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured, conceptual way of working.
• High level of consulting and communication skills at management level.
• Assertiveness and ability to actively shape change processes.
• Proactive, self‑reliant and solution‑oriented way of working.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.

Travel Requirements

5%: Up to 13 business days per year.

Physical Requirements

Sedentary – exerting up to 10 lbs/4 kg of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
