HR Specialist (all genders)

Your mission

• You will provide comprehensive support to our employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
• You will lead and support HR projects focused on process optimization, standardization, and digitalization of our HR work.
• You will be the primary contact for managers and employees regarding all HR-related matters.
• You will create and analyze HR reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) and, together with the Head of HR & Recruiting, derive appropriate measures.
• You will ensure compliance with labor law regulations and internal standards, working closely with relevant departments.
• You will develop employee retention strategies and actively contribute to the further development of our HR strategy.

Your profile

• You have a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with relevant HR training.
• You have several years of experience in operational HR work and ideally have some insight into payroll processing.
• You are proficient with HR systems, preferably Personio, and enjoy digitally mapping and optimizing processes.
• You have a good understanding of the relevant legal framework for HR and apply it confidently in practice.
• Your strong service orientation and communication skills enable you to interact professionally with employees and managers.
• Discretion, a very good understanding of confidential information, and a structured and reliable work ethic are among your strengths.
• English skills at least at C1 level are desirable and will be beneficial in our increasingly international environment.
