Inside Sales Specialist – Poland → Relocation to Ulm, Germany

About the Role

We are looking for motivated 2x Inside Sales Specialist to join our clients inside sales teams in Ulm, Germany. You will work embedded within the sales organization managing high-quality leads, qualifying opportunities, and supporting Account and Sales Managers in both the German and Polish markets.

Key Responsibilities

You will run multiple Inside Sales campaigns throughout the year, focusing on three main areas:

  • Outbound calling: hunting new business and generating qualified leads from database.
  • Inbound: responding to website inquiries, qualifying inbound leads.
  • Transaction / Customer Service: supporting account and sales managers in day-to-day transactional tasks.
  • Find, nurture, and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Present qualified opportunities to field sales managers for follow-up, pricing, and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with field sales managers across multiple business units and countries.
  • Use CRM systems (MS Dynamics and Salesforce) and digital tools (email, LinkedIn, video conferencing) effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in sales , preferably working with large clients and structured sales processes.
  • Fluency in Polish and German , written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills in English , written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in sales, sales support or B2B roles with time-based targets.
  • Experience nice to have with MS Dynamics, Salesforce or other CRM system like SAP .
  • Agile learning mindset and interest in developing as a sales professional.
  • Strong personal initiative, persistence, and professional communication style.

  • Bonuses: up to 10% annual performance bonus, plus 10% quarterly bonus.
  • Contract: 6-month probation followed by permanent contract.
  • Workweek: 40 hours, Monday–Friday; 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
