Job Description

The client has received a Windows 11 migration roll‑out of approximately 400 devices that must be completed by the end of the year. The roll‑out will initially be conducted weekly and then phased after 2–3 months as agreed.

• Support within the Windows 11 roll‑out (post‑rollout phase)
• Build‑up and commissioning of hardware (workstations, devices)
• Perform functionality checks on the installed systems
• Act as point of contact for end users for on‑site floorwalking
• Assist with troubleshooting in the Windows environment
• Escalate more complex issues to downstream support units
• General on‑site support tasks in day‑to‑day business

Requirements

• Experience in IT support / roll‑out environments, preferably with Windows migrations
• Solid knowledge of the Windows environment (Windows 10/11)
• Experience with hardware assembly and workstation provisioning
• Confident and friendly approach to dealing with end users
• Self‑sufficient and structured working style
• Very good German language skills, and English skills
