We are on a growth journey – now looking for an Internal Customer Service Clerk in Logistics (m/f/d) for supporting our EMEA distribution center in Emsdetten.

About The Position

Supporting the EMEA distribution center in Emsdetten through internal customer service, logistics, transport, and warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out commercial activities in the area of internal customer service/logistics/transport/warehouse
• Structured processing of logistical processes, complaints and transport damage, including finding solutions
• Order management – processing and monitoring orders
• Verbal and written communication with our foreign branches
• Interface to internal departments

Qualifications & Experience

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• Good process knowledge in logistics
• Good Office skills
• Experience in dealing with ERP/WMS is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills

• Customer-oriented, systematic and structured way of working
• Ability to work under pressure and reliability
