What You’ll Do

• Work in an agile innovation unit and benefit from Henkel’s local infrastructure, global organization and valuable exposure to business operations and professional networks.
• Get involved in both strategic and hands‑on tasks, from supporting sales and customer‑facing activities to co‑developing strategic approaches to establish sustainable growth of this new portfolio.
• Support the business development team by building business cases that demonstrate the value and impact of new and existing products.
• Take part in the development of business models and pricing strategies for new products, as well as the development of a partner and sales distribution strategy.
• Analyze the relevant markets for smart maintenance solutions and evaluate market potential and value propositions.
• Assist with the LOCTITE Pulse marketing campaigns and the customer journey.
• Take ownership and use your initiative to continuously improve internal processes by analyzing challenges, suggesting optimizations, and implementing practical solutions within the team.

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business‑related or engineering‑related studies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Independent and proactive work style and a good team player.
• Openness to take over various tasks in an agile, start‑up like environment.
• Availability as of March 2026 for six months.
