IT Coordinator - Life Sciences

IT Coordinator - Remote (Germany) (Must be based in Germany and speak fluent German)

C&C Life Sciences is partnering with a leading consultancy in the life science sector that supports pharmaceutical and biotech companies with digital transformation, operational excellence, and GxP aligned processes. To strengthen their internal organisation.

We are searching for an IT Coordinator who will take ownership of all IT related operations and act as the central point of contact for technology across the business. You will coordinate and oversee all IT activities within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Managing day to day IT operations and serving as the primary contact for IT queries across departments.
• Acting as the interface between business functions and IT while coordinating external service providers.
• Leading IT projects, including the implementation of new systems and tools, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Ensuring a stable and secure IT infrastructure through structured procurement, implementation, and vendor management.
• Overseeing IT security and data protection through risk management and collaboration with external partners.
• Maintaining clear IT documentation, creating regular reports for management, and contributing to IT budget planning.
• Advising teams and leadership on IT topics and supporting employee training on new systems.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration with an IT focus, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT security, and ERP environments.
• Experience implementing or coordinating ERP, Finance, or HR systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and basic project management principles.
• Strong organisational skills and a solution focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and within an international team.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
• Must be based in Germany.
