IT Project Manager (B2B Fintech) | €40,000–50,000 | Path to Senior IT Project Manager

This role is designed for people who enjoy taking ownership, working at the intersection of technology and business, and ensuring complex IT projects deliver real value in day-to-day operations.

You will join a fast-growing B2B fintech company that helps merchants identify, integrate, and successfully use payment and financing solutions to increase their revenue. Our service is free for merchants – our business model is funded by payment and financing partners (mainly banks and insurance companies).

With more than 5,000 merchants , 20+ partners , and operations in 9 countries , we have been established since 2013. You will receive structured onboarding, close guidance, and systematic development.

This is not a purely administrative PM role , but a hands‑on IT project management position with ownership, impact, and clear growth opportunities.

• Planning, coordination, and execution of IT and platform‑related projects
• Acting as the main interface between internal teams (Tech, Product, Operations, Sales) and external partners
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality
• Translating business requirements into clear technical tasks and project plans
• Monitoring timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources
• Checking with Customers inside Zendesk via Tickets and translating them into JIRA ticket requirements
• Supporting integrations with external partners (e.g. banks, payment providers, insurers)
• Coordinating rollouts of new features, system improvements, and partner solutions
• Maintaining clear documentation, project updates, and stakeholder communication
• Actively contributing to the improvement of project management processes, templates, and best practices
