• Technical Service Ownership for all lifecycle processes referring all R&S global Contact Centers
• Admistration, monitoring and maintenance of global and local telecommunication service plattforms and services

• At least 1-2 years experience in holding the responsibility / Technical Service Ownership for an e2e telecommunication service
• longtime experience in admininstration of telecommunications services (PSTN, call routing, emergency calls) and contact center features incl. reporting
• Strong monitoring and troubleshooting skills (wireshark helpful)
• Experience with on-premises and Cloud Communication Services (MS Teams, Threema, ...)
• Very good communication skills in German and English are necessary
