Your future challenges:

Location: Remote / Hybrid / Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Reports to: VP of Sales

We’re looking for a motivated and coachable Junior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career sales professional who wants to break into B2B SaaS and cybersecurity.

In this role, you’ll manage smaller accounts and mid-market opportunities while learning to navigate more complex enterprise sales cycles. You’ll work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to build pipeline, close new business, and develop foundational cybersecurity sales expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for small to mid-sized accounts
  • Follow up on qualified inbound and outbound leads
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer security needs
  • Deliver product demonstrations (with support from Sales Engineering as needed)
  • Build relationships with IT managers, security analysts, and technical buyers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
  • Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Learn and apply consultative sales methodologies
  • Participate in ongoing training on cybersecurity concepts and industry trends

Your Skills

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred) or strong SDR experience ready to move into a closing role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity or revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English language, another EU language would be a plus
  • Coachable, competitive, and eager to learn
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Exposure to cybersecurity, IT, or technical products
  • Experience using Salesforce as CRM tool
  • Familiar with MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies

  • Improves close rates and deal size over time
  • Demonstrates consistent growth in sales skills and revenue performance
