(Junior) Marketing & Media Coordinator

As organisers of the renowned EUPVSEC, focusing on cutting-edge photovoltaic research and technologies, we're seeking an enthusiastic (Junior) Marketing & Media Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our team. The position is offered on a part-time basis

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and media strategies, defining communication objectives, target audiences, key messages, and managing media partners and press relations.
• Own the social media presence, creating and scheduling content, engaging with the community, and planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns.
• Coordinate, produce and distribute newsletters, website content, and print materials, working closely with internal teams as well as external media and press partners.
• Represent the organization onsite at EU PVSEC, coordinating press activities and collaborating with photographers to ensure strong and consistent event coverage.

Your Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, acquired through higher education or comparable vocational training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content for diverse channels, combined with a proactive, well-organised, and independent working style.
• Creative mindset paired with analytical thinking, with experience in social media, media relations, and effective communication, ideally in a sustainability, science, or international context.
• Confidence working in both German and English, along with proficiency in MS Office 365 and common digital communication and collaboration tools.
