• Maintain and grow relationships with candidates.
• Build and nurture relationships with key client partners.
• Own business development within finance or IT areas.

• First sales successes in a related field.
• Strong initiative, responsibility, and project ownership.
• Passion for networking and closing deals.
• Team player with fluent German and English.
