We are exclusively supporting a leading international packaging manufacturer in the search for a commercially driven Key Account Director. This is a strategic role focused on managing and expanding relationships with major brand owners and converters across Europe in the shrink sleeve label sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of high-value key accounts in a fast-evolving packaging segment.
• Drive commercial strategy with a €15-20M sales budget.
• Collaborate with top-tier clients and industry leaders.
• Be part of a business investing heavily in innovation and market expansion.
• Own and grow strategic customer relationships across Europe.
• Lead sales planning, forecasting, and budget execution.
• Represent the company in high-level negotiations and industry events.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams.

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in shrink sleeves, labelling, or flexible packaging.
• Strong network in the packaging industry.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages (Spanish, Italian) are a plus.
• Proven leadership and commercial acumen.
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, CRM tools.
