Lead ServiceNow Developer - CSM & Integration experience

Location and Contract:

• Fully remote and must be located in EU
• Contract until the end of 2025 (extensions possible)

Role Overview:
Lead/Senior ServiceNow Developer, Multinational company experience, ServiceNow CMS developments, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow Integrations solutions.

A global firm are looking for a remote (based in EU) Lead ServiceNow Developer responsible for end-to-end delivery or support of mid-scale ServiceNow CSM initiatives, supervising a mid-size team of external ServiceNow developers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality of technical deliverables by Outsourced Dev team (5 developers), adherence to best practices for security, performance, health, UX, integration
• Perform Peer reviews for developments performed Outsourced Dev team
• Sign off at the key quality gates (solution design, move to QA, move to PROD etc.)
• Ensure technical readiness of the solution for future operational support and ensure successful transition from the project team to the operational support
• Main point of contact for any Platform-related matters; dispatch all platform-related request and changes to the GCC Admin team.
• Develop some Stories if capacity permits
